Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via United Postal Service (UPS). If requested, we will send you a tracking ID to track your pack shipment.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Fashion Leveca offers free shipping for orders of $75 USD and over. This only applies to domestic orders by ground.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other International orders cannot receive free shipping options

Returns

After a purchase, the customer has exactly 15 days to return a merchandise purchased from our site.

We will accept returns for any reason within 15 days of purchase

In order to return your items

1. You must pay for the shipping for return

2. You will be reimbursed with online credit to our store.

Inside your shipment you must have:

1. Your online invoice in printed format

2. Reason for return

3. Name / Email and 1 other alternative form of contact

Please be aware that returns may take anywhere from 2-3 weeks to be processed.
